General Terms and Conditions
Every effort is made to ensure the images used on this website are an accurate representation of the products for sale, however, in some instances, images are provided to us by the product manufacturer or supplier and are used purely for illustrative purposes only. Any images of vehicles used throughout this website are for fitment guidance only and do not represent the correct style, fitment or colour of the products.
It is the customers full responsibility to examine items being delivered by a courier. We appreciate that some of the items we sell are bulky and well wrapped, so we understand that a courier driver is not going to wait around while you unwrap and check the delivery. We simply ask that any damage caused in transit is reported to us the same day as the delivery. If you have chosen to have your order delivered to a third party address, for example; directly to a garage or you have arranged with the courier directly for the items to be left in a safe place at your property or with a neighbour, then the responsibility still lies with you the customer to ensure that the products are examined and reported within the time frame. Failure to report damage on delivery means we cannot claim from the courier and therefore cannot offer compensation or replacement parts. Please quote your order number and provide photos of the damage along with photos of the packaging including the labels.
We will always endeavour to deliver orders as quickly as possible which in most cases is the next working day to UK mainland when ordered before 4pm. Due to the specialist nature of some of our items, we cannot always guarantee exact delivery times; orders cannot normally be cancelled due solely to a delay on an estimated delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our suppliers, third party errors or delivery delays or any other unforeseen issues.
Our website does allow orders to be delivered to a different address other than the cardholders billing address. We reserve the right to refuse suspect credit card payments and to carry out additional security checks including address verification, bank referrals, date of birth, occupation etc. Only once we are completely satisfied with those security checks will we dispatch the order.
Quality and fitment of Aftermarket Parts
Many of the products we sell are non-genuine manufacturer parts and are produced in the aftermarket sector. We pride ourselves by only offering the highest quality parts, but with aftermarket products there can be a tolerance to fitment and quality when compared to an original manufacturer part. When purchasing aftermarket products, the buyer understands and accepts that there could be a tolerance from an original manufacturer part. This means that there may be some minor adjustments or modifications at the time of fitting in order to mimic the original part. Imperfections can sometimes be present due to the nature of the manufacturing process. We recommend the fitting of our products be carried out by a specialist workshop who has expertise in fitting aftermarket products. All products must be test fitted before any prepping or painting.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept for return, exchange or refund any item that has been modified, used, damaged, prepped or painted. Please ensure you check all items for quality and fitment before any modifications. All purchases made are only refundable if authorised by our management via email and returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt. We strongly recommend that any return is sent back to us via a reputable courier service and appropriate insurance is taken our with the courier, to cover the risk of the order being damaged in transit back to us. If a return order arrives back to us damaged we are unable to issue a refund. We will photograph the damage and email it to you for you to raise a claim with the courier. Carriage costs for the return of any item to us are the responsibility of the customer, unless in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement with our management.
All of our products come with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. This covers defects as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any damage that has occurred as a result of wear and tear or accidental damage. We do not warranty any works carried out after sale such as preparation, paint or installation.
