Simply return the items to us in their original, resalable condition, and securely packaged, within 30 days of receipt.
All goods must be returned complete, unused and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resalable condition. No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay.
Some of the products we sell require painting after sale. If you have primed, prepped or painted a part we cannot accept the part back for a refund or exchange as it is no longer in its original condition.
All of the parts we sell come with a 12 month replacement parts warranty unless otherwise stated.
Once your items have been returned to us and confirmed they are fit for resale, we will issue your refund. You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund has been processed which is also confirmation that your money is on its way back to you. Please note that it can then take a few business days for your bank to process the refund so please be patient.
